I’m Hung Nguyen, you can call me Alex, an introvert fullstack-generalist technology leader delivering innovative and scalable platforms across Fintech, Banking, Retail, and Travel.

With years of experience in software product & management, and building high performing, cross-functional teams, I focus on solving real business problems through technology. My passion lies in creating consumer apps, fintech solutions, or applying AI/ML to to real world applications.

I’ve learned invaluable lessons and mastered them in system and software architecture, technical design, development processes, team development+monitoring, program/project management and supporting sales teams in customer-facing situations.

I built and lead engineering teams in a supportive, collaborative environment, fostering innovation and high performance through empowerment, ownership, and trust.

I also have some experience in business management, budgeting, P&L, strategy, and marketing.

I tend to listen more than talk, and give demos more than make presentations.
